Returns & Exchanges

We know that we make the most awesome feeling sports apparel on earth. However, nothing is perfect, and we understand that. We want your purchasing experience to be the best with ROYALCOLLECTION.

We can exchange or refund your purchase as long as it is returned within 30 days.

ROYALCOLLECTION does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please note: Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We adhere to strict policies in regard to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. If the item is removed from the bundle, zip ties and opened, worn, washed or tampered in any visible manner, or manipulated with heat or chemicals of any sort all exchange policies are voided.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of your initial order.

• Items must be in original new condition.
• For all hair extensions and wigs -- MUST BE UNWORN, uncut including hair or lace (when applicable) and no hair products used on the item.
• We will not accept wigs, hairpieces, or fashion items after they have been tried on.
• Must have all original packaging, including all tags and labels.
• If your returned merchandise is denied, you will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the items back to you. 

How do I return or exchange my product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Royalcollection Return Dept.” at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please remember to include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it is also needed.
